    Role Description

    We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who canbuild facilitate and drive new customer acquisition in the KSAregion to support our global revenue goals. Reporting to the MiddleEast Sales Head this individual would drive telesales to amplifyour localized gotomarket efforts in KSA. The executive will deliverscripted sales talks to describe services or products to persuadepotential customers to get onboarded on Cleartax.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Understand Cleartax suite of products its features andpropositions for customers
    • Respond engage andqualify prospects (including Csuite/Directors) by describingCleartax products and services
    • Answerstelephone calls from potential consumers and responds to consumerquestions
    • Adjusts sales scripts to targetcustomer interests and needs better
    • Be able togenerate your own leads when required via cold callingreferrals
    • Book outbound demo meetingsby
    ...
    • Coordinating with technicalexperts and sales team
    • Follow up with existingleads reschedule meetings as per prospect and sales teamsavailability
    • Conduct sales discovery withprospects to find out their pain points
    • Buildtrusting relationships with key stakeholders
    • Obtain client contact information and enter intoCRM
    • Generate and manage sales pipeline byupdating all activity in CRM
    • Collaborate withsales executives to meet the companys targets
    • Improve processes and procedures for leadgeneration
    • Achieve calls and demos targets setup by the sales head on monthly

    Skill set

    • Knowledge of B2B presales techniques and processesincluding understanding customer needs tailoring sales pitches tosuit customer situations overcoming objections etc.
    • Understanding of marketing and sales strategies andprinciples
    • Basic technical aptitude tounderstand our products and how they serve customerneeds
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English and Arabic
    • Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO and mid seniorlevel
    • Ability to work in high pace environmentwith crossfunctional collaboration

    Qualifications

    • Minimumeducation: Graduation (any field)
    • 6 months to2 years of prior experience in Marketing Telemarketing or Salespreferred
    • Candidates residing in KSA (Femalecandidates preferred)
    • Saudi National is aplus
