    Job Description &Role:

    Our client an InvestmentCompany is looking for a highly motivated and highly skilled Headof Projects Management professional who will report to the CEO witha passion for selfgrowth to join theirteam.

    Candidate will help establish and run thecompany Project Management department and represent the company infront of all stakeholders (consultant contractors and suppliers)and drive growth.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Manage the ProjectManagement Office (PMO).
    • Manage the ProjectManagement Office team and ensure successful execution of theprojects from prestudy to execution and deliverymaintenance.
    • Manage a group of project managersin delivering multiple projects.
    • Lead thedesign and setup of the project management office establishing thePMO as a central function within thecompany.
    • Ongoing management and continuousimprovement of the PMO ensuring that the company has the projectmanagement capabilities to deliver large complexprojects.
    • Lead capacity building and trainingto strengthen project management capabilities across theorganization.
    • Establish a consistent approachfor oversight and performance reporting of largescaleprojects.
    • Maintain oversight of live projectsand provide regular performance reports to seniormanagement.
    • Collaborate and communicate withbusiness leaders to translate strategic direction into a series ofactionable measurable projects and initiatives to achieveobjectives and both shortterm and longtermgoals.
    • Work closely with colleagues acrossteams to ensure that robust project management principles areembedded in key processes.
    • Act as projectmanagement coach and advisor for team and seniorcolleagues.

    AdditionalRequirements:

    • A degreein Civil Engineering or similar.
    • A minimum of15 years related experience.
    • Minimum of 6 yearsin project management.
    • PMP certification is amust.
    • Proven solid knowledge in Primavera / MSProject.
    • Solid knowledge and expertise in theuse of program managementmethodologies.
    • Experience in managingconstruction projects.
    • Excellent projectmanagement skills with significant experience of leading andproject managing large complex projects and/orprogrammes.
    • Good decisionmaking skills andconfident in making strategic and operationaldecisions.
    • Proven ability to establishcredibility with senior stakeholders excellent influencing skillsto build and maintain relationships and workcollaboratively.
    • Excellent communication(written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with experience ofproducing reports and presentations for a senior audience such asBoard of Trustees and Senior Managementteam.
    • Excellent selfmanagement skills to workindependently using own initiative and being flexible andadaptable.
    • Experience of managing a teamproviding excellent line management and support to directreports.
    • Registered in Saudi Council ofEngineers.
    • Arabic Native with StrongEnglish.
    • Currently in SaudiArabia.
