Roles&Responsibilities:

• EnsureEH&S work processes standards and procedures areeffectively applied within the units and functions through roleassignment andtraining.
  
• Supportsitewide EHS&S systems asneeded.
  
• Implementthe Management of Change for EHS&Smatters.
  
• Leadand participate in Site initiatives and teams to drive EH&Simprovements.
  
• Leadand participate in Incident and EH&SInvestigations.
  
• Championmanagement system reviews to drive continuousimprovement.
  
• Identifyescalate and resolve potential EH&Srisks.
  
• Leadincident reductionefforts.
  
• Providefunctional coaching to individuals performing EH&S relatedroles.
  
• Addressincidents and audit corrective actions involving systemdeficiencies.
  
• Collaboratewith Site leadership to plan resources and determine specificbusinessneeds.
  
• CoachEH&S Technicians to address unitspecific EH&Sneeds.
  
• Ensurecompliance processes in units are in place andfunctioning.
  
• Accountablefor costeffective implementation of EH&S systems throughstandard work processes and commonsystems.
  
• Ensurewaste management processes and environmental license to operaterequirements arefollowed.
  
• Participatein and provide data to EH&S audits as defined by the auditprocess.
  
• Workwith Site leadership to determine the applicability of regulatoryrequirements tounits.
  
• Actas the focal point for AgencyVisits.
  
• Ownand implement the Site s EH&S work processes tools andprocedures to attain and maintain an effectiveEH&S.

• Possessesa good understanding of RC (Regulatory Compliance) requirements andexperience in communicating and dealing with RCauthorities.
  
• 4to 7 years of experience as a Leader in the Industry forplantaligned roles. Certified EHS Professionalpreferred.
  
• Requiresa 5year technical degree (Second level university degree required)Technical Safety Engineering Degreepreferred.
  
  

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
