- 5 to 10 years ofexperience as a Civil/Roads Inspector
- Strongknowledge of civil and roads construction methods, materials, andcodes
- Experience in inspecting and reviewingcivil and roads constructionprojects
- Proficiency in interpreting projectplans, drawings, and specifications
- Excellentattention to detail and ability to identify and documentnon-compliance or quality issues
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
