Accountant Role

We're in search of individuals who can contribute to our world-class team while embracing these values. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with Saudi statutory regulations and Barrick accounting policies
• Maintain oversight of site-level forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Oversee daily accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage and enhance SAP systems performance and data integrity
• Collaborate with auditors, banks, and vendors to support financial processes
• Mentor and support junior finance staff and contribute to talent development
• Provide financial coverage and leadership in the absence of the Finance Superintendent

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred) and possess a minimum of 10 years in accounting experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
