    JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Senior Specialist to join our team. As a Learning & Development Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop curriculum, deliver training sessions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
    • Design and develop training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and training guides.
    • Deliver training sessions using various delivery methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and on-the-job training.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
    • Make recommendations for continuous improvement of training programs based on evaluation results.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
    • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to track training activities and employee progress.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding training and development opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
    • Experience with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Professional certification in learning and development is a plus.
