    As anArchitectural BIM Modeler you will be instrumental in shaping thevisual and functional aspects of our mixeduse project.Collaborating closely with architects designers and other projectstakeholders you will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM)technology to create detailed and visually compelling architecturalmodels. Your role will contribute to the seamless integration ofarchitectural elements within the project and support the overallsuccess of our designendeavors.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Modelingand Visualization: Create detailed 3D architecturalmodels using BIM software translating design concepts into accurateand visually appealingrepresentations.
    2. Collaboration:Work closely with architects interior designers and other projectteam members to ensure coordination and integration ofarchitectural elements within the BIMenvironment.
    3. DesignDevelopment: Participate in the development andrefinement of architectural designs incorporating changes andupdates as required.
    4. Renderingand Presentation: Generate highquality renderingsand visualizations for presentations client meetings and projectdocumentation.
    5. QualityControl: Conduct regular quality checks on BIMmodels to ensure accuracy compliance with design standards andadherence to projectrequirements.
    6. Updates andRevisions: Maintain and update BIM models to reflectdesign changes revisions and clientfeedback.
    7. Documentation:Contribute to the creation of construction documents includingplans elevations and details derived from the BIMmodels.
    8. StayInformed: Keep abreast of industry trendsadvancements in BIM technology and designinnovations.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Architecture or a relatedfield.
    2. Proven experience as an ArchitecturalBIM Modeler with a focus on mixeduseprojects.
    3. Proficiency in BIM software such asRevit AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
    4. Strongdesign sensibility and creativity with an understanding ofarchitectural principles.
    5. Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills.
    6. Detailoriented with a commitment todelivering aesthetically pleasing and functionaldesigns.
    7. Problemsolving skills and ability tothink critically in a dynamic projectenvironment.
    8. Relevant certifications in BIM orArchitecture would beadvantageous.
