    Sihamco Group is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our Italian & Asian Fusion kitchen. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a unique fusion menu that combines both Italian and Asian flavors and techniques. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in developing innovative dishes that will delight our guests.     Responsibilities

    • Create and execute a fusion menu that seamlessly blends Italian and Asian cuisines.
    • Develop recipes and dishes that showcase the best flavors and techniques from both culinary traditions.
    • Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
    • Schedule and supervise the kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure exceptional food quality.
    • Source and select high-quality ingredients and products from both Italian and Asian suppliers.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and techniques in both Italian and Asian cuisines.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
    • Control food costs and manage inventory to optimize profitability.
    • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and promotions.
    • Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a restaurant specializing in Italian and/or Asian cuisine.
    • Passion for both Italian and Asian cuisines, with a strong understanding of their respective flavors, techniques, and ingredients.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strong culinary creativity and the ability to develop innovative fusion dishes.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
