- BSA Program Management leader. Responsible for the PM function including the execution of the portfolio, enforcing/driving use of the PMBP as well as development of the function (including training)
- BSA lead for operational improvement. Current focus is improving strategy and a revision of our business development processes and procedures.
- Program Integration leader for the Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) - Boeing Sustainment Joint Venture – a key initiative under Vision 2030. Coordinate cross functional enterprise activities related to Alsalam Aerospace Industries (AAI) and the Saudi Rotorcraft Support Company (SRSC). Heavy liaison with Corporate Development, Law department and business unit senior executives. In-country leader and focal for RSAF, RSLFAC and MNG sustainment programs. This includes management of F-15, AH-64, AH-6i, B-707 & CH-47 Field Service Representative programs at multiple bases across the Kingdom
- Management of the B-707 Boom Operator Training (BOT), RAMP (RSAF AWACS Modernization Program), F-15 AMDS (Aircraft Maintenance Database System) and F-15 Repair Support and F-15 Notice of Escape (NOE) programs
- In country management of Insitu UAS programs with multiple government customers (both defense and security forces). Supervisory support to provide Insitu with access to BSA in support of their operations.
- Management of the Decision Support Center (DSC) and BSA executive for the KACST (King Abdulaziz City for Science & Technology) relationship
- Management of 50+ in-country reports across a portfolio of programs. Dotted line responsibilities for US expat FSRs and Insitu FSRs adds an additional 15 people.

·Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in Program Management
·Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
·Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
·Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
Specific Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
·Bachelor's Degree or higher
·5+ years of experience in program management
·5+ years of experience managing risks, cost performance and schedule performance
·5+ years of experience developing and deploying organizational plans and strategies
·5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred:
·Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
·Experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools

Position may require travel up to 20-30%of the time.
