We are seeking a Carbonate Sedimentologist tojoin the Northern Area & Offshore Division of Gas ReservoirCharacterization Department.The Northern Area& Offshore Division is responsible for providing corecharacterization, thin-section petrography, sequence stratigraphy,log integration and mapping.
This job necessitates the ability toconduct detailed sedimentological studies based on corecharacterization, petrography, diagenesis, and integration ofwireline logs and to establish detailed sequence stratigraphic anddepositional environment models and maps for carbonate gasreservoirs.
The job includes the integration of all available data(wireline logs, core data, SEM, XRD, chemostratigraphy, isotopes,biostratigraphy, etc.) to provide analysis of well data in terms ofsedimentary architecture, facies and depositional environment to beready as inputs to the 3D reservoir characterizationmodels.
