A leading construction and project management firm with a rich history of delivering successful projects in the GCC region. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hotels and buildings construction, particularly in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management expertise and a deep understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in Riyadh.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

GCC Experience:

• Leverage 20+ years of experience in the GCC region to navigate local regulations, building codes, and cultural nuances.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Hotels and Buildings Expertise:

• Apply specialized knowledge in managing construction projects related to hotels and buildings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unique challenges and requirements in the industry.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Efficiently allocate resources and monitor project expenditures.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues in a timely manner.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively address challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on hotels and buildings in the GCC.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Riyadh.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or relevant project management certifications are a plus.
