- Conduct inspections to verify the quality and compliance of plumbing installations according to relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Perform tests and measurements to ensure proper functionality and performance of plumbing systems.
- Review plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Document inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
- Identify and report any deviations, non-compliance, or potential issues related to plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address any quality-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to plumbing installations.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Plumbing QC in the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience in inspecting and testing plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to interpret plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Certifications related to plumbing or quality control is a plus.
