    Role Overview:

    As a Project Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and department heads, to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

    Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, including defining goals, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Resource Allocation: Determine the necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, and budget, required for project implementation and ensure their availability.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and take appropriate actions to minimize their impact.
    • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Ensure all parties are informed of project status, changes, and any issues that arise.
    • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate project management processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Collaborate with finance teams to forecast project costs accurately.
    • Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics to measure project performance and evaluate outcomes against predefined goals. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts and addressing any performance issues.

    Requirements:
    • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Project Operations Manager or similar role.
