    Description:

    Work-LifeIntakes Consultants work in a service center and provide customerservice to employees and their families in order to assist inlocating and providing resources and referrals in their community.Thisis a hybrid position with a mix of home and office workingdays.In addition to completing telephonic intakes, the consultant may beasked to participate in additional tasks. Our consultants work in afast-paced environment and are expected to maintain high quality,top customer service, and practice WPOs core values. WPO relies onthe consultants telephone skills to grow and prosper. Candidatesshould be organized, professional and motivatedself-starters.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assessthe Employee s needs through targeted questioning
    • Obtainemployee s personal information and information on the individualneeding care
    • Providea clear explanation of the issues/needs
    • Obtaindesired geographic location for referral search and anypersonalized criteria
    • Providetop-notch customer service provided in written or verbalinteractions with our clients and providers
    • Performresearch, utilizing our internal database, websites, and localorganizations, in order to locate referrals that meet the client sneeds
    • Performquality assurance callbacks to our clients
    • Maintaina high quality work in all aspects of the position
    • Maintaincommunication with clients and associated EAPs as required
    • Ensureall data entries are complete and accurate, with proper spellingand grammar
    • Demonstrateexcellent customer service skills providing the caller withfriendly, enthusiastic, and empathetic service
    • Demonstrateexcellent knowledge of conflict resolution skills
    • Demonstrateability to organize and prioritize regarding crisis versusnon-crisisissues
