- Manage all retail operations in Riyadh Region KSA
- Experience managing 10 plus stores
- Responsible for managing large teams
- Responsible for preparing the preparation of sales budgets
- Maximise sales and profitability of the stores
- Maximise productivity targets
- Conduct SWOT to analyse the customer profile
- Provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities
- Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices
- Monitor stock level and shrinkage
- Saudi National is preferred
- Arabic is a Must
- Retail or Fashion or Beauty Background
- Able to travel around the Kingdom on short notice
