• Develop and implement strategicplans for IWP and IWTP project transactions that align withSWPC's corporate strategy, vision, mission, andobjectives.
• Support in the development andmonitoring of the department's annual yearly budget inline with strategic plans.
• Provide subjectmatter expertise and counsel to SWPC's leadership onrelated areas to facilitate the achievement of transactionmanagement and divisional objectives.
• Managedepartmental objectives by setting individual objectives, managingperformance, developing and motivating theteam.
• Lead talent development initiatives incollaboration with discipline experts from SWPC to ensure talentmeets business needs.
