    JobDescription:

    Parsons is looking foran amazingly talented Project Director to joinour team

    In this role youwill get to Provide direction and management for every phase ofproject fitout snagging handover testing and commissioning andother related requirements to ensure onschedule completion withinor below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.

    You will join a leadingprofessional engineering construction and cost management teamworking on multiple projects in the King Abdullah FinancialDistrict (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned tobecome Riyadhs new Central Business District that combines amixture of worldclass commercial offices hotels retail spaces andcontemporary residences in addition to smart city solutions thatredefine urban living.

    What Youll Be Doing:

    • Acts as the Company representative with theclient and selected subcontractors during the program execution.
    • Negotiates changes to the scope of work withthe client and key subcontractors.
    • Collaborates with Business Development to market andsecure additional work with client.
    • Responsible for following up on instructions andcommitments associated with the project.
    • Participates in negotiations with regulatory agencies andin public meetings in support of clients.
    • Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan Healthand Safety Plan Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and otherdocuments as required.
    • Establishes theprogram requirements for all areas of the project and monitors thedraft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.

    What Required SkillsYoull Bring:

    • BachelorsDegree in engineering or construction related field
    • Minimum 20 years experience
    • Experience leading major programs
    • Expertise in leading major international ResortDevelopment projects of largescale
    • Works withother managers project engineers and discipline leads to developbudgets schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.
    • Ensures that the project meets or exceeds thegoals established in these plans.
    • Works withthe key project individual to devise and execute action plans torectify potential cost overruns or delays or to accommodatesignificant changes to the scope of work.
    • Advises the client and company management of any suchchanges.
    • Excellent leadership andcommunication skills
    • Familiarity withrelevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Strong project management skills including budgetingscheduling and risk management.
