We are looking for ProductionAssociates to work for a customer in Ripley, MS for Hand-Fill. Theideal candidate must have an ability to work in a fast pacedenvironment. Work with other team members to meet productionrequirements.

ShiftsAvailable:

• 1stshift Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm$14hr
  
• 2nd shiftMon-Fri 6pm-4:30am$15hr
  

JobResponsibilities:

• Fillscushion covers with moss, hair, kapok, down, foam cushions, orspring units, using any of followingmethods.
  
• Stuffs loose fibers, layersof material, or foam cushions into cover withhands.
  
• Beats cushions with hands tosmooth out lumps.
  
• Places layers ofcotton wadding or foam cushions in forming box of stuffing machine,or tears and cuts wadding, covers cushion-spring assembly placeswrapped spring assembly inbox.
  
• Dumps down, kapok, or otherfibers into hopper of blower.
  
• Holdsend of cushion cover over spout of blower starts blower to fillcover.
  
• Weighs cushion adds orremoves material to obtain cushion of specifiedweight.
  
• May sew ends of cushioncovers after filling, using needle thread or power sewingmachine.
  
• Loads raw materials intothe blow fill line equipment to ensure continuousoperation
