    As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our mixed-use project. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create detailed and accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for the structural aspects of the project. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring precision, efficiency, and coordination in the structural design and documentation process.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Modeling and Documentation: Develop detailed 3D models of the structural components using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
    2. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure seamless integration of structural models with other disciplines within the BIM environment.
    3. Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve potential clashes between structural elements and other building systems.
    4. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and internal guidelines.
    5. Updates and Revisions: Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and revisions.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to address design issues, provide technical support, and contribute to design coordination meetings.
    7. Documentation: Generate accurate and comprehensive construction documents, including drawings and schedules, derived from the BIM models.
    8. Stay Informed: Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and advancements in BIM technology.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in structural design and documentation for mixed-use projects.
    3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
    4. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
    5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    7. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a dynamic project environment.
    8. Relevant certifications in BIM or Structural Engineering would be an advantage.
