    Plan, organize and Lead the projects across all HR functions by adopting the best project management practices ensuring efficient and effective implementation aligned with the core company strategy and policies. Prepare and control HR Budget for the maximum efficiency. Lead the annual performance Planning to finally set professional SMART Objectives. Lead the voice of employee framework to monitor the satisfaction of employees with HR practices starting from initiation to conduction and continue until setting the action plans based on the results obtained and following up to ensure plans are put into actions. Lead organizational health check surveys, report results to senior management and business leaders and manage the corrective actions to be taken to leverage employee engagement.

    Accountabilities

  • Implement the best-in-class practices in managing HR Projects from start to end.
  • Work as PMO for all HR functions. Organize the annual calendar of the projects led or supported by HR in alignment with HR and business leaders according to resources availability, collaborate with HR leaders to allocate resources to projects based on priority and urgency, report the progress of HR projects on regular basis to ensure smooth implementation and optimal delivery throughout the year.
  • Lead annual HR Budget preparation, consolidation and submission to finance within the agreed guidelines and time frame. Ensure the accuracy of budget performance reporting, Spotlight corruptions throughout the year, and collaborate with Finance and HR leaders to fix discrepancies.
  • Support HR people to build professional SMART Objectives, ensure proper alignment with the HR MWB and effective cascading from line manager SMARTs. Lead the submission of SMARTs on system on timely manner.
  • Lead the review interventions (weekly / biweekly / monthly / quarterly / annual) throughout the year to keep finger on the pulse and ultimately drive the achievement of HR strategy.
  • Work closely with HRLT as an internal professional consultant who addresses, initiates and leads integrated change management proposals across different HR functions adopting best practices and benchmarks to ensure consistency and efficiency of the HR value chain.
  • Plan, design and conduct the transactional and periodical employees' satisfaction and feedback surveys across all HR department's, analyze the results, prioritize the findings, lead setting a guest-oriented action plan, follow up, monitor and report the execution progress to ensure the maximization of employee's satisfaction.
  • Lead the Organizational Health Checks - critical measures of HR success - (Engagement Index, Culture Index, & eNPS). Communicate results to senior management and business leaders, build effective action plans accordingly, monitor and report the progress to improve employee engagement.
  • Conduct the exit interview with employees at supervisory level and above, gather information and report to HR leadership, link results to engagement and satisfaction metrics and propose action plans to retain best talents, monitor and report progress.
  • Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
