- Answer incoming calls and respond to customersemails
- Manage and resolve customercomplaints
- Place customer orders in thecomputer system
- Identify and escalate issuesto supervisors
- Provide product and serviceinformation to customers
- Research requiredinformation using available resources
- Researchidentify and resolve customer complaints using applicablesoftware
- Process orders forms andapplication
- Route calls to appropriateresources
- Document all call informationaccording to standard operating procedures
- Recognize document and alert the management team oftrends in customer calls
- Follow up customercalls where necessary
- Upsell products andservices
- Complete call logs andreports
- Other duties as assigned

- 1 years experience in a call centerenvironment.
- Superior listening verbal andwritten communication skills.

- Ability to handle stressful situationappropriately.
- Bilingual ( English and Arabic) ( Read Written & Spoken).
