    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customersemails
    • Manage and resolve customercomplaints
    • Place customer orders in thecomputer system
    • Identify and escalate issuesto supervisors
    • Provide product and serviceinformation to customers
    • Research requiredinformation using available resources
    • Researchidentify and resolve customer complaints using applicablesoftware
    • Process orders forms andapplication
    • Route calls to appropriateresources
    • Document all call informationaccording to standard operating procedures
    • Recognize document and alert the management team oftrends in customer calls
    • Follow up customercalls where necessary
    • Upsell products andservices
    • Complete call logs andreports
    • Other duties as assigned

    Skills

    • University or Diploma Degreepreferred.
    • 1 years experience in a call centerenvironment.
    • Superior listening verbal andwritten communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle stressful situationappropriately.
    • Bilingual ( English and Arabic) ( Read Written & Spoken).
