Working as Financial Manager entails analyzing everyday financial activities and subsequently providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

• Overseeing various accounting operations
• Managing Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Identifying accounting and financial issues and suggesting timely solutions
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing process
• Managing quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Managing the budget and forecasting
• Producing financial statements as required
• Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Developing and adhering to policies and procedures

• Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
• From 10 to 15 years of experience in the Financial department
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers
• Good understanding of accounting software
• Experience in consolidation is preferable
• Auditing experience is preferable
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
