About Us: Persistence Recruitment, together with Jawraa a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is working on behalf of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Architect to join our team based in Riyadh. As a QA Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software solutions, working closely with development teams and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Integration: Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Solution Design: Support project teams in designing and implementing effective quality solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices
• Coaching and Mentoring: Act as a coach and mentor to the Management team, providing guidance on QA-related topics across the SDLC, including design, development, security, and infrastructure
• Quality Metrics: Define and track key quality metrics, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on QA activities and findings to senior management
• Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement a robust QA strategy aligned with the overall IT strategy, company objectives, and software development goals
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a QA Architect or similar role
• Strong background in quality assurance practices across the software development lifecycle
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Previous experience in coaching and mentoring IT teams
• Ability to define and track relevant quality metrics
• In-depth knowledge of QA strategies and industry standards
