- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years' experience in a similar environment with proven Projects management track.
- Strong experience in the Oil & Gas field.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and clients
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are preferred
