- Oversee a team of environmental service technicians to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement service plans to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Ensure all customer feedback is handled promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Plan, schedule and monitor workloads to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide effective leadership and support to team members to promote teamwork, high morale and a positive culture.
- Manage performance and conduct regular performance reviews with all team members.
- Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Previous leadership experience in an environmental services or related industry.
- Understanding of pest control, washroom solutions, specialist hygiene and medical waste disposal services.
