    Role Overview:

    To manage a variety of passive equity funds within the Systematic Equity – Beta portfolio management team. The role involves overseeing all aspects of managing regional and global index equity portfolios, including rebalancing, risk monitoring, and exposure management.

    Responsibilities:
    • Portfolio Management involving daily tasks like monitoring tracking, risk, and exposure, trading for index changes, performance measurement, and attribution
    • Analysis of upcoming corporate actions for value creation opportunities
    • Project collaborations with research team to drive efficiency and service improvements
    • Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
    Desired Qualifications:
    • A candidate with strong mathematical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
    • Familiarity with Factset, advanced Excel, and basic coding
    • Numerically savvy with data handling and interpretation abilities
    • Team player with flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail
    • Passionate about passive equity management

    Education & Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree required
    • Ideally a finance-related postgraduate degree/CFA or equivalent certification
    Experience:

    Practical understanding of index funds and experience in equity fund management or related field preferred
