Job Title: Digital IT Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital IT Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully overseeing system implementations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital projects, ensuring seamless integration of new systems, and driving innovation within our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute projects within budget and on schedule.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

1. System Implementation:

• Leverage expertise in digital technologies to oversee the successful implementation of new systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align system functionalities with business objectives.
• Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance processes are in place prior to system deployment.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to all relevant parties.
• Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.

1. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Risk Management:

• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Respond promptly to issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Digital IT Project Manager, with a focus on system implementations.
3. Strong understanding of digital technologies, IT infrastructure, and project management methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
5. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
6. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

This is a long term contract role
