Job Description
You will be required to perform the following:

• Prepare estimates and proposals for projects
  
• Apply technical standards and procedures to carry out tasks
  
• Ensure all techniques, procedures, and designs meet appropriate compliance standards
  
• Troubleshoot and solve any electrical system errors
  
• Provide input over the design and development of equipment designs as they progress through the structural design process
  
• Manage and oversee the work of Junior Electrical Engineers
  
• Support the manufacturing of components and resolving any manufacturing queries.
  

Requirements

• As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University having proven track record in working with any reputable oil & gas companies, MSc is a plus.
  
• You will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Field Electrical Engineering.
  
• You will have proven expertise as an electrical engineer, preferably in the project management field.
  
• You must have deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
  
• You will be able to demonstrate understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
  
• You must have strong organizational and communication skills are required
  
• You will also have attention to detail
  
• You will have the ability to resolve project problems
  

Requirements
A successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized and approved program in the fields of journalism, communications or related field with equivalent experience. An advanced degree is preferred. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in journalism, media relations or corporate communications, gained in either an agency or in-house corporate setting — ideally with previous experience of the energy, oil and gas sectors. Candidate should have previous experience as spokesperson is preferred, while a proven track record in crisis communications is also an advantage. Candidate should have strong networking skills are essential and the role requires a strong understanding and experience of working in the media or public relations field. Candidate should be able to develop and maintain networks, perform well under pressure and handle a variety of requests. Candidate should be fixable and have good organizational skills. Candidates should also be detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills. Candidate should also be trustworthy, displaying responsibility and care when handling confidential or sensitive topics.
