- Technically analyze the problems with the concerned parties and write a detailed report on them
- Study and measure the needs and behavior of beneficiaries to experience the services provided electronically.
- Studying the current status of products and limiting areas for improvement.
- Verify that products apply the principles and standards of user experience.
- Searching for the best experiences and practices applied at the ministry level and at the local and global levels in improving the beneficiary experience.
- Preparing a test plan to measure users' experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods, methods and tools, and conducting tests under supervision or self-tests.
- Preparing principles and standards for improving user experience.
- Preparing awareness campaigns to introduce digital experience management and raise awareness of the importance of improving the experience and its impact on the beneficiary.
- Preparing workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fresh or 1+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and software applications.
- Knowledge of design principles, user experience fundamentals, and web trends.
- Experience in software development and agile methodology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas.
