    Planning and design:

    • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the feasibility of the project
    • Reviewing plans, specifications and detailed engineering designs for projects
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws

    Project management:

    • Preparing a study of the direct and indirect costs of the project based on the field of work
    • Supervising and managing all stages of the project
    • Coordination with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors and consultants
    • Providing implementation quotes from subcontractors and equipment for all stages of the project

    Material selection:

    • Choosing appropriate building materials and construction methods for each project based on the specifications and scope of work
    • Access to the latest construction technologies and innovations
    • Providing a detailed plan for all subjects (short and longterm subjects)
    • Providing quotations for the required materials from more than one different source

    Quality control:

    • Implement quality control procedures to ensure that project specifications meet safety and performance standards
    • Conduct inspections and quality assurance tests as necessary

    Cost estimation and budget management:

    • Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
    • Monitor project expenses to ensure they are in line with the set budget
    • Preparing periodic extracts for subcontractors, equipment and labor
    • Preparing, reviewing and following up periodic abstracts with the owner

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure that all aspects of the project comply with environmental, safety and building codes
    • Obtaining the necessary permits and approvals

    Safety management:

    • Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect workers
    • Conduct safety audits and inspections at construction sites

    Problem solving:

    • Identify and address projectrelated challenges quickly and effectively
    • Develop and implement solutions to unexpected issues
    • Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problems

    Documentation and reporting:

    • Maintain detailed project records, including reports, drawings, and correspondence
    • Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status
    • Preparing the daily report in detail, explaining the progress of work and the number of workers and materials supplied on a daily basis

    Environmental considerations:

    • Evaluating and reducing the environmental impact of projects
    • Implement sustainable design practices when possible

    Cooperation:

    • Collaborate with architects, other engineers, surveyors, and construction professionals as needed
    Communicate project progress and issues to project stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • He speaks Arabic and English
    • 5-7 years of experience within the Kingdom
