Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Dammam. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, conducting sales pitches, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of industry trends and the company's offerings to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in related industries such as office solutions, ICT, technology, or furniture
- Ability to perform market research and identify client needs
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and organize tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
