    Job Overview

    As a senior consultant, you will highly contribute to project delivery, where you will take the lead on managing and delivering project workstreams, manage consultants and associates, in addition to your participation in sales & business development activities and internal development.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Main roles:

    • leading project workstreams on some of our consulting projects and collaborating with project managers on delivering the project and the manage relationships with the clients.
    • Manage consultants and associates under project workstreams and ensure quality of delivery.
    • Participating in sales & business development activities, research activities, and internal development.

    Main service delivery roles:

    • Define and structure the gathering and modeling process of data and information, identify references, and mechanisms that should be applied in consulting engagements, and facilitate and manage the process with the consultants and associates.
    • Develop related project research and benchmark activities, identify references, standards, study areas, and SMEs, and facilitate and manage the activities with the team.
    • Define the project workstream assessment framework, analysis approach, tools, and technologies.
    • Manage, conducts, and facilitate workshops, and interview with clients and different stakeholders.
    • Design and innovate project solution framework based on client needs and assessment outcomes, detail the solution, and develop project recommendations.
    • Prepare and design reports/presentations that will be delivered to the clients.
    • Support and participate in all project's operational activities, including understanding activities, assessment activities, benchmarking activities, and designing activities.

    Main business development roles:

    • Participate in the pre-sales activities, including identifying opportunities, analyzing RFPs, and understanding clients' needs.
    • Participate in developing technical and financial proposals.
    • Participate in internal research & studies and prepare related reports.

    Job Requirements:

    • A range of 3-5 years of experience in the areas of Business Process Management, Operational and Organizational Excellence, Customer Experience, Operating Model, Performance Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Governance, Organization Design, or related areas.
    • Experience in the consulting industry and project management.
    • A fluent command of Arabic and English is required.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel)
    • Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
    • Strong entrepreneurial and team spirit
    • Professional demeanor when dealing with clients
