    Saudi Aramco oneof the worlds leading integrated energy and chemicals companies andinternational contract logistics provider DHL Supply Chain havesigned a shareholders agreement to establish a New Company forProcurement and Logistics Hub in Saudi Arabia to enhance supplychain efficiency and sustainability. It would be the regions firsthub catering to industrial energy chemical and petrochemicalcustomers. The joint venture aims to be operational in 2025 andprovide reliable endtoend integrated procurement and supply chainservices for companies across the industrial energy chemical andpetrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term willbe Saudi Aramco and its own Affiliates. In the long term all theindustrial sectors within Saudi Arabia and the ultimate goal is toreach the MENA region.
    We are looking for a highly experiencedcommercially minded Director Commercial Controlling who Leads thecompanys commercial controlling agenda and risk Management closelyworks with all new businesses and is part of all negotiations withthe customers. Led the business case approval process and acted assubject matter expert in all Investment decisions relating toincorporated JV based in Al Khobar.
    Objective: Your role as Director CommercialControlling is multifaceted and pivotal in the success of thecompany. You lead the commercial controlling agenda and areresponsible for several critical tasks. Your primary objective is to effectively communicate and influencesenior business leaders champion best practices and innovativeapproaches and ensure their integration throughout theorganization. Building strong trusting relationships with seniorbusiness leaders is necessary to foster collaboration and alignmenttoward overarching objectives. You also collaborate closely withnew business ventures and are integral to negotiations withcustomers. As a leader you manage a department or small unit andoversee a team including at least one commercial controller. Youmonitor work progress facilitate problemsolving and identifybottlenecks within work processes. Your insights and suggestionsfor improvement carry weight and are implemented after approval.Furthermore you are responsible for leading the business caseapproval process and serving as the subject matter expert in allinvestment decisions relating to the company. Your negotiationleadership underscores your critical role in shaping the companysfinancial future. In summary as theDirector Commercial Controlling your primary objectives includecommunication influence relationshipbuilding collaboration withthird parties leadership in negotiations and effective managementof a department or unit. Your position demands a seasoned andanalytical approach to address complex challenges and contribute tothe companys strategic and financial success. GeneralResponsibilities:
    • Subject matter expert in all commercial controllingInvestment analysis & approval processes.
    • Oversee delivery and quality of Commercial Controllinginitiatives and activities to provide financial risk andopportunity analysis of operations and investmentreviews.
    • Be part of contract negotiationswith customers and support sales & marketing team on allcommercial controlling aspects.
    • Lead thebusiness case approval process and ensure compliance with thecontract approval process and guidelines.
    • Provide support and training to all stakeholders to comply with thecontract approval process and business case preparation.
    • Work closely to improve revenue and margin across thebusiness through client profitability monitoring improvement actionplans and client commercial negotiations acting as the finance leadfor material new contract signings and pricingdecisions.
    • Support Business controlling infinancial planning and Analysis process with relevant forecastedInvestment plans and related commercials.
    • Providing substantial input to the companys businessplan.
    • Develop Financial and cost models fornew businesses expansions renewals etc.
    • Prepare investment proposals for all major investments or leases inCapex and suggest options for management reviews.
    • Periodically review all customer contracts and highlightrevenue leakages if any.
    • Coordinate creationreview and followup on investments and business cases andcoordinate budgets for all new and major investmentprojects.
    • Act as a senior finance businesspartner with the business development team to help interpretperformance indicators highlight trends and offer strategic adviceto help senior management deliver on financialcommitments.
    • Work with key stakeholders tounderstand business needs in order to make the best decisions thatimprove results or reduce risk. Build analytical capability aroundrevenue management client profitability and margin optimization andhelp develop and support the companys expansionstrategy.
    • Develop the investment andcommercial controlling function to develop improved financialreports and analysis bestinclass forecast models and helpmanagement understand options to improve performance.
    • Work as Risk Manager for the Company.
    • Ensure that financial analysis performancerelatedreporting and relevant financial information are providedaccurately and as per timelines to enable appropriate managementdecisions.
    • Evaluate and advise on ongoing andfuture business activities regarding profitability and financialrisk.
    • Manage insurance programs of theCompany.
    • Perform any other duties out of theroutine but within the scope of work.

    Qualification
    : The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitmentto improving peoples lives an insane focus on excellence and astrong alignment with our core values: bold focused agile andcollaborative.
    • Master Degree with professional finance qualification.
    • Preferably an Accounting qualification (ACMA ACA CPA CA)with a strong commercial mindset and business partneringexperience.
    • Demonstrable experience in aleadership role within commercial finance and excellent negotiationskills.
    • Strong Leadership and peoplemanagement abilities.
    • Strong relationship andsenior stakeholder management skills an ability to influence at asenior level.
    • Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills with attention to detailand accuracy.
    • Strong financial acumen andexpertise with a deep understanding of financial analysis budgetingforecasting and modeling.
    • More than 10 yearsin the same field
    Knowledge & Skills:
    • Highly developed organizationalability sound judgment and attention to detail.
    • Able to work under pressure and remainfocused.
    • Ability to work well with others ina fastpaced team environment.
    • Soundexperience in Budgets Cost Allocation Financial Reporting andFinancial Planning Forecasting Financial Risk Management StrategicPlanning and Data Visualization.
    • Hadexperience in Business Case Customer Profitability InvestmentsCompliance Financial Policies Finance IT Systems and TechnologyTrends.
    • Influencing Feedback Presentation andstorytelling Facilitation Negotiation People Management.
    • Proven track record of successful investments andportfolio management.
    • Strong team managementand social skills.
    • Excellent communicationand presentation skills.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency knowledge of Word Excel and other Microsoft Officeprograms.
    • Selfmotivated with a high sense ofprofessional ethics and integrity.
