    Job Summary:

    Xad Technologies a leadingtechnology solutions provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia isseeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Unit Manager ICT to joinour team. The Electro Mechanical Unit Manager ICT will beresponsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance ofelectro mechanical systems within our organization. This rolerequires strong leadership skills technical expertise and theability to ensure efficient functioning of all electro mechanicalequipment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. LeadershipandManagement:
      • Leadand supervise a team of ElectroMechanical technicians andengineers.
      • Set objectives provide guidance andmonitor performance to ensure productivity andefficiency.
      • Foster a culture of collaborationinnovation and continuous improvement within theteam.
    2. OperationsandMaintenance:
      • Overseethe maintenance repair and troubleshooting of ElectroMechanicalequipment and systems including HVAC electrical distributionsystems generators and pumps.
      • Develop andimplement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime andprolong the lifespan of equipment.
      • Coordinatewith internal departments and external vendors to procure spareparts and equipment asneeded.
    3. TechnicalExpertise:
      • Possessindepth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineeringprinciples and practices.
      • Stay updated onindustry trends best practices and technological advancements inElectroMechanical systems.
      • Provide technicalsupport and guidance to the team to resolve complex issues andchallenges.
    4. SafetyandCompliance:
      • Ensurecompliance with all safety regulations codes and standards relatedto ElectroMechanical systems.
      • Conduct regularsafety inspections and risk assessments to identify potentialhazards and implement correctiveactions.
      • Promote a culture of safety awarenessand adherence to safety protocols among teammembers.
    5. Budgetingand ResourceManagement:
      • Developand manage the departmental budget including expenses formaintenance repairs and equipmentupgrades.
      • Optimize resource utilization andefficiency to meet operational objectives within budgetaryconstraints.
      • Monitor expenses analyze variancesand implement costsaving measures whereapplicable.
    6. ReportingandDocumentation:
      • Prepareregular reports on the performance of Electromechanical systemsmaintenance activities and KPIs.
      • Maintainaccurate records of equipment inventory maintenance schedules andservice history.
      • Present findingsrecommendations and action plans to senior management asneeded.

    Qualificationsand Skills:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Masters degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (Xyears) in a similar role preferably in industrial or commercialfacilities.
    • Strong leadership and managerialskills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverseteam.
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities anddecisionmaking skills in highpressuresituations.
    • Knowledge of relevant safetyregulations codes and standards (e.g. NFPA NECASHRAE).
    • Proficiency in computeraided design(CAD) software and maintenance managementsystems.
    • Effective communication skills bothverbal and written with the ability to interact with stakeholdersat all levels.
    • Professional certifications suchas Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) orProject Management Professional (PMP) aredesirable..
