Open Position: SeniorNetwork Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)

AnMNC IT Service Provider is looking for Network Engineer Level 2(Telecommunication) to join the team and be based in the KualaLumpur

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• ProvideLevel 2 Technical Network Support to APAC regionclients
  
• Goodexperience in network troubleshooting, monitor, and analysis byusing network managements tools andsystem
  
• HavingIT certifications such as ITIL, CCNA and CCNP would be addedadvantage
  
• Minimum5 years relevant working experience and Telco related Technologyexperience
  
• Musthave working experience with Layer 2, SDH, DWDM and IP networking
  
• Continuouslydrive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver thebest possible value to thecustomers
  
• Coordinateresolution of complex issues that involve multiple technicalresources as well as facilitating customer communications duringservice interruptions oroutages
  
• Teamplayer with good communication and stakeholder managementskills
