Join a leading consulting firm in the Middle East as a Management Consultant specializing in the Transportation and Logistics Sector. We have openings at various levels, including roles such as Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager.

As a Management consultant you will be delivering strategic projects, fostering operational excellence, and leading transformative initiatives in performance improvement, cost optimization, and digital transformation for our clients in the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to significant projects, driving operational efficiencies and transformation in the transport and logistics sector.
• Understand client requirements, manage project teams, and provide technically sound solutions.
• Contribute to business development by identifying and leading pursuits, supporting key account strategies, and representing the firm in external forums.
• Support learning and development initiatives, lead teams through people, process, and technology changes, and contribute to thought leadership in the transport and logistics practice.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience for Senior Consultant, 8 to 10 years for Manager, and 10+ years for Senior Manager.
• Subject Matter Expertise in transport and logistics, particularly in the Middle East/GCC region.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformational programs.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Bachelor's/Post Graduation/Master's Degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
