- Candidates need to hold a 4 Year Bachelor's Degree In Engineering(Note That 3 Year Degrees Are Not Acceptable)
- Minimum of 10 years of cost engineering experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects, including budget management, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- International experience is highly desirable, with preference for experience in the MENA region.
- Certification from a professional organization is strongly recommended.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Conduct cost analysis, control, and reporting for both Capital and non-Capital projects
- Offer input and recommendations for cost engineering staffing, project controls, and scope analysis.
- Organize, monitor, and control project costs in line with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- Assist in implementing and improving SAP modules and Unifier processes.
- Contribute to Business Plans and CAPEX performance monitoring.
- Enhance Saudi intellectual capital by applying knowledge to project controls standards, best practices, and processes.
- Provide guidance to engineering and construction supervisors in project cost control.
- Evaluate the quality of cost data from project teams and contractors, addressing cost control issues and suggesting corrective actions.
- Analyze contractors' cost reports for management reporting.
- Regularly report cost engineering data and assist in training junior Cost Engineers and Professional Development Program employees.
