- Leads formation of project teams, assign tasks, schedules, and budget
- Prepare the detailed project budget, scope of services and contract
- Coordinates project schedule
- Conducts meetings with the project team to discuss tasks, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project schedule and budget from start of the project to completion
- Responsible for determining if a contract needs to be amended or changes need made to project budget or scope
- Serves a primary client contact for selected projects
- Directs the preparation of proposals and interviews
- Lead client interviews
- Present proposals/projects to clients
- Cross market other firm services to clients when appropriate
- Responsible for timely invoicing and fee collection
- B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Masters degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience
- P.E. License
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment process design for small and large systems
