    Senior Manager/Director Consulting, IRM/eGRC Technology Enablement

    Opportunity Overview

    The candidate will display very high levels of competency and understanding in areas of governance, risk, audit, compliance in addition to a strong track record and background in leading Integrated Risk Management (IRM) (aka Enterprise GRC technology solutions) design, implementation and deployment projects.

    The role will focus on supporting the Consulting practice in MENA markets (primarily KSA, UAE and Qatar), in addition to demonstrating engagement delivery and client relationship building to support MENA leaders in building EY's IRM/eGRC brand and capabilities.

    Client responsibilities

  • Spearhead and support the IRM/eGRC MENA leader in business development activities in the Middle East.
  • Support pursuit management and proposals preparation.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with EY service line leaders.
  • Leverage client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
  • Understand EY's service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.
  • Lead and deliver eGRC/IRM engagements.
  • Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner.
  • Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with clients, EY teams and other parties.
  • Enable, mentor and coach fellow colleagues of new developments in IRM/eGRC technologies.
  • Support other EY consulting leaders in developing awareness of EY offerings, capabilities and market eminence in the marketplace.

  • Desired GRC skills

  • Experience in leading or managing large complex transformation and capacity building projects
  • Approximately 7 to 12 years of experience and knowledge exposure to governance, audit, risk, compliance, policy management.
  • Experience leading and/or designing IRM/eGRC technology solutions ( Archer IRM, ServiceNow IRM, MetricStream, OpenPages).
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technology enablement and transformation concepts to client's 2nd line and business functions.
  • Ability to facilitate and/or lead design sessions and translate business requirements to the technical team.
  • Strong knowledge of the SDLC cycle and project management.
  • Operational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation. Fluency in both Arabic and English in necessary (verbal and writing).
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, planning and forecasting project financials.
  • Manage client expectations.
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends.
  • Strong track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena.
  • Shows initiative and creativity in developing innovative workarounds.
  • Degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Certifications in Archer or ServiceNow IRM are highly preferred.
