    Responsibilities:-

  • Analyse and document functional processes to determine activities that can transition to the GDC, without compromising customer experience or the control environment.
  • Develop, and document future state processes and any exceptions to the standard process.
  • Develop and document the "As Is-To Be" roadmap.
  • Document the Home Office Business Impact Assessment
  • Provide input to OCM on Change Impact Assessment.
  • Coordinate business resources to assist in development of process documentation and testing activities
  • Develop PAFs, PAF Justification in accordance with contract.
  • Administrate PAF process/system.
  • Additional support on NL invoice submittal that require backup and analysis as part of reimbursable contract compliance.
  • Works with Subcontracts on costing and backup for NL invoice preparation.
  • Develop KPIs on PAF submission and approval cycles and work to optimize KPIs.
  • Technology:

  • Document systems / applications, server location and Data Centre utilised to support current processes.
  • Identify legacy and/or to-be-retired systems and map to GDC systems.
  • Determine business (functional and non-functional) requirements to support systems implementation for the future-state process.
  • Transition:

  • Support the Transformation Organisational Design Analyst to determine functional processes impacts, capabilities, and capacity requirements.
  • Provide input to determine the volume / effort requirements for process changes activities transitioning, activities retained, activities changed.
  • Support the Transformation Organisational Design Analyst to determine functional processes impacts to people.
  • Facilitate cutover and support activities to implement, stabilise and embed the process changes into BAU.
  • 2. Knowledge and Experience Required

    Job Specific Knowledge:

  • Relevant experience in business analysis across the dimensions of transformational process and systems changes including
  • Designing future state processes from level 1 through level 4, with supporting documentation
  • Defining business (functional and non-functional) requirements to support systems implementation for the process.
  • Performing process and systems testing to ensure solutions meet future state processes and business requirements
  • Relevant experience in:-

  • Business process improvement / change
  • Planning, documenting, and performing end user training
  • Planning and coordinating business and IT users to perform systems and user acceptance testing
  • Supporting business users during cutover and stabilisation
  • Coordinating business users / SMEs to deliver process outcomes
  • Previous experience in the following would be an advantage
  • Business process outsourcing or offshoring
  • Process improvement / Business Analysis within a large, global corporation
  • Management consulting as a Senior Consultant / Manager
  • Working within global teams
  • Working in a collaboration / agile environment
  • Delivering process changes to diverse cultural backgroundsDomain knowledge in any of the following areas would be highly regarded
  • Engineering / construction design
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Reports to PCM

    Industry Specific Experience:

  • Domain knowledge in Engineering and Design Solutions, Project Management and Consulting Services would be highly regarded.
  • Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

  • Microsoft Office.
  • Able to read/understand contract, Coordination Procedure awareness (PAFs), understanding of cost.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from university/college.
  • HSE Capability:

  • Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant One-Way systems, standards, and processes
  • Assure compliance of all HSE systems, processes and procedures through the training, competence, and performance of all personnel (Worley and others)
  • Achieve the objectives of the Zero-Harm vision through proactively implementing actions and/or corrective or mitigating actions, and by maintaining an overall knowledge and awareness of the work-place environment (operations, layout, hazards, risks, concurrent activities, personnel, etc.)
