    Experience and Education: Experience inquality assurance or quality control. An academic degree orspecialized training in a related field ispreferred.

    Technical Knowledge: A deepunderstanding of quality assurance and quality control concepts andtools in the industry in which you work, and knowledge ofinternationally recognized qualitystandards.

    Analytical skills: Ability to analyzedata and provide reports and recommendations to improve operationsperformance and ensure quality.

    Flexibility andcommunication: Ability to adapt to changes in the operatingenvironment and communicate well with technical and administrativeteams.

    Leadership and direction: The ability tomanage the work team and direct them to achieve quality assuranceand process development goals.
