    TheMarketing Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in developingand executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies forthe organizations dual business lines within the HORECA (HotelsRestaurants Cafes) and Real Estate Development industries. Thisposition is responsible for creating integrated marketing campaignsenhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement acrossdiversechannels.

    StrategicPlanning and CampaignDevelopment:

    Develop andimplement marketing communication strategies that align with theobjectives of both the HORECA and Real Estate Development businesslines.

    Plan and executeintegrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital marketingtraditional advertising public relations and social mediainitiatives.

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brandingacross all communicationchannels.

    BrandManagement:

    Oversee branddevelopment and management for both business lines ensuring brandintegrity consistency and alignment with marketpositioning.

    Develop brandguidelines and communication strategies to maintain a strong brandpresence in bothindustries.

    Monitor markettrends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities forbranddifferentiation.

    ContentCreation and MarketingCollateral:

    Createcompelling and relevant content including marketing collateralwebsite content press releases and social media posts catering tothe unique needs of bothindustries.

    Manage contentcalendars ensuring timely and consistent delivery of marketingmaterials.

    Collaborate withdesign and creative teams to produce visually appealing andengagingcontent.

    DigitalMarketing and OnlinePresence:

    Drive digitalmarketing initiatives including SEO SEM email marketing and socialmedia campaigns tailored to the specific audiences of HORECA andReal EstateDevelopment.

    Monitor websiteperformance and user engagement optimizing online presence toenhance brand visibility and customerexperience.

    Utilize dataanalytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketingstrategies and make datadrivendecisions.

    PublicRelations and MediaManagement:
