Looking for candidates from a BA(non-technical) or PMO(non-technical) with strong analytical skills and financial exposure with strategic thinking. Should have worked in Sales MIS, analysis profitability, should have known about all key departments in a company (like at least basics of each department). Will be reporting to CEO. Should be a strategic thinker to help insights to CEO for all business needs. Should be a quick learner.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The position will form part of the CEO's office and work closely with the Leadership Teams.
The candidate must be a detail / task / project-oriented resource, who will assume a variety of roles and responsibilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills and an ability to be both firm and flexible will be needed in this position in order to enhance internal
teamwork successfully.
The candidate will play a key role in the development of company-wide processes and procedures, along with Business & Support Teams, to
improve productivity, manage risk and support company growth and profitability.
Knack for Logical and Analytical Thinking
Candidate should possess a strong comprehension skills to understand various tasks / projects / initiatives planned across different functions
(Business and Business support)
An ability to efficiently and effectively assess, prioritize, plan and execute will be essential to a candidate's success in this position.
VII) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) Thought & Execution Trailblazer
Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities on behalf of the CEO's office.
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.
Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
Research and build strategic & tactical market strategies and models to drive business growth and profitability.
Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to CEO and senior management team.
Ensure all operational issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved.
C) Business Transformation Project Manager
Work at both the strategic and tactical levels as a project manager for high level, cross functional projects as assigned.
Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success.
Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes; and foster long-term partnerships that are
critical to organization's success.
Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring business plan is being executed
within budget and given deadlines.
Foster a positive, high-energy & high-performance culture in the organization.
VIII) RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working with the Senior Management.
Performed in a similar role, particularly supporting a CEO / Managing Director and/or other senior stakeholders.
IX) EDUCATION:
Bachelor or Post Graduate in Engineering.
Post-Graduation in Business Administration (Business, Marketing or Finance).
