With a strong presence in the Gulf region, we are seeking an experienced Program Director with a robust background in contracting to lead an iconic projects in Riyadh.

As a Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering and overseeing our high-profile projects in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in contracting, along with a minimum of 25 years in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the successful execution of large-scale projects.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution with a focus on contracting excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the Gulf region.
• Implement best practices in contracting, risk management, and project delivery.
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve optimal performance and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in contracting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in the Gulf region.
• Extensive knowledge of contracting processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
