    To manage internal and external talent acquisition/recruitment activities, hiring process and orientation program in order to fill vacancies, select best fit candidates and facilitate their integration within set Workforce Plan set Saudization Ratio.

    Responsibilities:

    Talent Sourcing

    1. Manage the execution of the approved workforce plan ensuring alignment with allocated budgets
    2. Oversee recruitment events and ensure presence in career days of top universities to spread the Company's image, enhance its reputation and attract top talent
    3. Look for recruitment agencies, headhunters and channels, and consolidate requirements into the sourcing plan to facilitate recruitment activities
    4. Manage recruitment activities including sourcing vacancies, screening candidates' applications and interviewing, shortlisting and prioritizing candidates
    5. Build up talent pools especially for managerial positions and maintain relationships with selected candidates for proactive sourcing

    Candidates Assessment

    1. Manage assessment processes as part of recruitment steps
    2. Liaise with relevant departments to identify a list of potential candidates to fill vacancies taking into consideration recruitment assessment results

    Management of Hiring Process

    1. Manage the process of conducting background checks of shortlisted candidates to verify employment history and credentials
    2. Review job offers and contracts for further signatures
    3. Manage the process of documenting lessons learned and providing reports on factors leading to challenges in hiring and provide recommendations for improvement

    Management of Onboarding Process

    1. Lead the preparation and update of the onboarding checklist, guidelines and policies for a successful and efficient onboarding
    2. Manage the onboarding process through collection of required formalities from new joiners and development of the onboarding program schedule
    3. Manage onboarding activities including induction sessions, orientations and administrative prerequisites and ensure awareness on the Company's values, culture and change initiatives to facilitate new joiners' integration

    People Management & Development

    1. Manage & evaluate employees' performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees
    2. Manage the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning and succession planning
    3. Manage employees changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking best practice into account, changes in standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans

    Policies, Processes & Procedures

    1. Manage the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective services
    2. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
    3. Ensure the implementation of various information security practices and standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of Company data and information


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration or related field.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in construction
    • 3+ years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
    • CBI certificate

    CIPD, SPHRi, SCP Certificates preferred
