Requirements

• Lead,monitor, and motivate different teams across the company andinteract with staff at all levels in the organization
  
• Should beconfident to conduct clientmeetings
  
• Attendclient calls to grab all requirements and prepare the technical
  
• Create andmanage methods of management, communication plans, andprocesses
  
• Analyse,plan, and develop procedures and other management and technicalduties
  
• Definethe scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along withvariousstakeholders
  
• Participatein the allocation of budget, staff and any other resource(s) thatare needed to accomplish or achieve set out goals (projects), andalso monitor the performance of everyproject
  
• Maintaincorrect project time frames, estimates, and statusreports
  
• Responsiblefor the management of complex problems and the development ofprocesses for scheduling andadministration
  
• Makesure that all required projects are completed andreviewed
  
• Responsiblefor identifying, clarifying, and communicating the vision(s) and/orobjective(s) of projects and showing how they fall in place with,enhance, or inhibit such vision(s) and/orobjective(s)
  
• Provideprocess improvement recommendations that are based on bestpractices and industry
  

EducationalRequirements

• Bachelorof Science (BSc) in Software Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc)in Computer Science &Engineering
  
• SkillsRequired: IT Project Management, Project Manager (Software),Software Development, Software ProjectManagement
  

AdditionalRequirements

• Bothmales and females are allowed to
  
• PMP Certification or Any ProjectManagement Certification will be a plus
  
• Must have experience to prepareSRS, Sequence diagram, user activity diagram, technicaldocumentation
  
• Fluent in English is amust
  
• Candidate needs to have 3-4years of Software DevelopmentExperience
  
• Ability to document andorganize in a professionalmanner
  
• Solid organizational skillsand time management
  
• Language :Arabic, English
