- Project/Client management
- Assist with business development including proposal preparation/administering contracts
- Manage project/design process
- Supervise staff
- Develop/execute project-specific commissioning plan (design review, system installation verification and functional performance testing)
- Develop spreadsheet analyses and written reports
- Perform field assessments and on-site commissioning activities
- Perform functional testing/activation of Building Systems (MEP/Controls Systems)
- Attend client meetings
- Ensure plans/final reports meet QA/QC standards
- Prepare building energy/resource use analysis through building energy simulation software (Energy Gauge, IES VE, HAP, TRACE)
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 8+ years of commissioning experience in the Building industry
- PE License preferred
- Strong knowledge of MEP/FP Building systems design/construction processes
- Knowledge of Test and Balance process/procedures
- CBCP, CCP, CPMP or CxA Certification required
- LEED AP with specialty preferred
- Experience using Revit/energy simulation software
- USGBC LEED Enhanced and Fundamental commissioning tasks and credit completion
