    JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will play a critical role in developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for our construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to analyze project requirements and provide detailed cost estimations. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful delivery of our programs within budget and in alignment with our commitment to excellence.

    Position Overview:

    Completes a wide variety of all construction estimating activities on all types of assets and infrastructure within real estate developments (Concept estimates and detailed estimates). The Senior Cost Estimator at this level needs to be capable of completing complicated assignments independently and be experienced in implementation of international standard methods of estimating and best practices and procedures. He/she is viewed as a fully qualified professional with extensive experience in KSA market rates based on construction technical expertise

    Responsibilities

    • Assess Cost Estimates of real estate developments budgets provided by Portfolio team and DevCos during each of the DMO Stages
    • Prepare comparison analysis between proposed budgets and current benchmarks and provide recommendations
    • Review company corporate Budgets and provide recommendations on optimization
    • Meet with Project teams to align budget with market benchmarks
    • Prepare Center of Excellence leadership dashboards and reports
    • Maintain and update Asset & Infrastructure Cost Database

    Requirements

    • 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
    • 15- 20 years of experience
    • Experience in large scale projects
    • Recent PIF projects experience preferable
    • Have in depth knowledge regarding concept benchmark rates for Assets (Hospitality, Residential, Retail, Offices, Entertainment) & (Primary &Secondary) Infrastructure
    • Capability in preparing conceptual estimate (high level estimate level 5) based on understanding high level narrative description and specification without drawings to identify the best benchmark rates for all types of assets.
    • Knowledge on method of measurement i.e. CSI, NRM, POMI, CESMM
