Responsibilities :

• Leads the creationand/or evolution of the Enterprise Architecture (EA)function/program, including coordination of an appropriatelybalanced pursuit of enterprise business, information, technical andsolution architectures.
• Understands,advocates and augments the principles of IT strategies.
• Leads the identification and development ofenterprise technology innovation initiatives.
• Leads the identification and analysis of enterprise businessdrivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical andsolutions architecture requirements.
• Analyzesthe current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies andrecommends solutions for improvement.
• Analyzes technology industry and market trends and determinespotential impact on the enterprise.
• Leads anddevelops partnership with Business Relations team in creation ofbusiness capability roadmaps.
• Sells thearchitecture process, its outcome and ongoing results to theorganization and its IT and business leaders.
• Leads/facilitates the creation of principles to guide technologydecisions for the enterprise.
• Designs andleads the implementation plan of the EA based on businessrequirements and IT strategies.
• Modeling thetechnical landscape to analyze the alignment of businesscapabilities with delivered technology and IT solutions
• Analyzing the current technology environmentto detect critical deficiencies and collaborating with EnterpriseArchitecture from other lines of business and development teamarchitects to recommend solutions for improvement
• Communicating the value delivered by theEnterprise Architecture process by communicating outcomes andongoing results
• Defining the principles thatguide technology decisions for the segment
• Designs and directs the governance activities associated withensuring compliance with EA.
• Overseesenterprise architecture implementation and modification activities.
• Oversees the evaluation and selection ofhardware and software product standards and the design of standardconfigurations.
• Consults with applicationdevelopment projects to fit systems to architecture and identifieswhen it is necessary to modify the technical architecture toaccommodate project needs.
• Consults withinfrastructure development projects to fit infrastructure toarchitecture and identifies when it is necessary to modify thetechnical architecture to accommodate infrastructure needs.
• Identifies the organizational (skills,processes, structures, and culture) and financial impact of EA.
• Oversees the documentation of allarchitecture design and analysis work.
• Leadsdevelopment and execution of a communication (including education)plan for EA.
• Assesses and communicates theachievement and impact of EA.
• Develops ITstrategies.
• Drives strategic vision fortechnology .

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science or related discipline.

Experience :

• 15 years of ITexperience in at least two IT disciplines, with at least 7-10 yearsof experience in business analysis and/or business strategicplanning.
• 5+ years of EA experience
• Strong TOGAF knowledge
