This is an on-site contract role for an Instructional Designer at SHAHIG COMPANY FOR PETROLEUM, ELECTRICAL & INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, located in Dammam. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing and developing training programs, and managing the learning management system. The Instructional Designer will also be responsible for curriculum development.

• Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, and Training & Development skills
• Experience in curriculum development and learning management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and trainers
• Experience in the oil and gas, power, or petrochemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in educational technology, instructional design, or related field
